The type of work needs to be corrected to include both the text and pictures in the Literary Work. Currently, the type of work lists ?text? when it should list ?text and photos.? This was an accidental mistake with the original registration that Dr. Kurpis made when he originally registered the work. He not only wrote the words but also took all of the pictures in the book. He always intended for the copyright registration to protect the photos as well as the words but is not a lawyer and made an innocent mistake by failing to put ?and photos? in the original applicationTX0007082675, 2009
