Material Matter Claimed Note: architectural work, The following changes were made to the original work of #8534 Erwin: it is 2'-0" wider and is 60'-0" deep instead of 44'-4" deep. The laundry was moved to the second floor, the kitchen was redesigned and got larger to add and island instead of having a peninsula. It has a walk-in pantry and rear foyer in place of the laundry. The master bedroom no longer has a sitting area. The Owner's suite flipped with the closet and bath and was designed. The secondary bedroom moved to the back instead of along the side. The plan also added a Casita(in-law living space)behind the garage. There is no covered porch, just a stoop. The powder bath changed. Added a coat closet by pantry. Fireplace is optional. moved the chase. Added an optional deck/patio. adjusted exterior windows and doors per new layout. exterior elevation style changed. bedroom closets are relocated. Second level bath is relocated
