I recorded me singing the Silence in 2007 & that performance was played on WEGL (local college radio station), I also recorded Coming Soon in 2007 & in Nashville & Franklin TN in April of 2008 & May 9-14 (the recording for this application). I recorded Scenic Route, I Hear Ya, The Silence, Old Florida Town, A Good One, Using All My Senses, Waiting, They Don't Build Love in March 2008 and again on April 29, 2008 and again between May 9th-14th (this is the recording for this application) in Franklin and Nashville, TN

Material Matter Claimed Note: My improved vocal performance, the quality of recording achieved by paying for the use of Engineers and the facility at Dark Horse Recording Studio in Franklin, Tennessee along with session musicians and background singers I paid to play instruments or sing background vocals. I have not agreed or given permission to anyone to claim any right in the songs or the recordings or any rights to perform the songs. The only permission I granted was to WEGL Radio Station allowing them play The Silence and Coming Soon on their station. To my knowledge, they have only played The Silence once so far
