Material Matter Claimed Note: all other cinematographic material, additional new footage, production as a motion picture, Editing, Music and Lyrics for "Hello New Friend", The 1974 version of the film (already registered) was 104 minutes. The 2015 version is 90 minutes in length: the changes from 1974 to 2015 included new editing (scenes have been re-ordered), the overall film was cut down in length, and, the 2015 version of the film includes several new scenes along with new music (one song): 22:38 Shot of jet going across sky. This shot was not in the original film. It was found on a roll of outtakes and used it here since it fit the song lyrics better. "like a falling star..." 57:35 The performance of a new song, "Hello Little Friend" written and performed by Leon Russell. The order of the images of this montage were changed as well since the new song is of a different running time. 58:10 A different shot of a woman with snake in the woods (also from an out take roll) ? this new material better fit the running time of the new song (the original shot was too short). 58:16 A new shot from an outtake roll of the McGovern rally in Austin TX. This shot was picked to add time to the song and to show the 70's clothing of the time. 1:20:30 This montage with a hawk in the sky cuts to a conversation between Les and Leon Russell (including a poignant conversation about death). This sets up the ending title music "Satisfied Mind" ? and is part of a new ending arrangement of the last scenes of the film (the major difference between the 1974 and 2015 versions). 1:27:30 New music end credits added. 1:29:12 New digital master credits added white titles over black
