The referential language was removed and instead my client intends to rely on the disclaimer by the actual registration to which this ambiguous language was attempting to refer. For brevity and clarity, my client instead notes the disclaiming of architectural work embodied by Reg. No. VAu 1-423-301 (2018). The original application listed the wrong previous registration. In fact, that previous registration had two errors: it as the wrong registration number, and the date listed was not the actual date of the registration referenced. The ?502 actually carries a 2019 date, not a 1999 date.
