Material Matter Claimed Note: The Elks Building is an existing 6 story (plus a basement) Mixed-Use building in downtown Dayton Ohio. Our New Work involved the minimal redesign of the 1st floor lobber and elevator replacements, the design of new residential apartments for floors 2 through 5, a "Private Club" and roof deck on the 6th Floor (and roof over a portion of the 4th floor), renovations to the basement area, historic restoration of the exterior fa�ade including potential window replacement and other structural repairs to damaged or failing exterior components
